Planning Applications
& Design Services
If you require a full planning application or prior approval for a permitted development, we will support you through the design process and provide the expertise you need to add value to your existing building or release the potential of a vacant plot. In addition, we can manage the submission of your application.
Where appropriate, particularly in conservation areas or for more ambitious or technically challenging planning applications, we also work closely with specialist planning consultants to ensure your submission runs as smoothly as possible.
We also provide drawings and design services to accompany a range of applications including:
Permission in Principle - indicative site plans to illustrate the potential of the site
Outline Planning Application - plans showing the existing and proposed site and any relevant matters such as visibility splays for site entrances to new residential plots.
Certificate of Lawfulness applications - We will draw up existing buildings to provide ‘as existing' drawings to accompany the application.
